Full Kitchen Renovation

This kitchen had reached the end of its useful life. The room was insulated with mineral wool and all of the electrical and plumbing was replaced. The windows and doors were replaced. Ikea cabinets with custom wood handles were installed. New engineered oak flooring was put down. All of the appliances were replaced. And a new quartz countertop and tile backsplash were installed.

Full Bathroom Renovation

The previous 1950’s bathroom had limped into the 21st century, leaking water into the living room… A complete gut allowed the homeowners’ to re-imagine the space with a vaulted ceiling, built-in Ikea cabinetry, sharp lines and a space-saving, in-wall toilet.

Bathroom Refresh

Paint for the walls, floor and cabinet, along with some minor electrical and plumbing work saved hundreds of pounds of material from a landfill. It also cost a fraction of what a full reno would, and took less than a week to complete versus several weeks or longer.

Bold Paint Project

Bathroom update for real estate listing

Some paint and caulking, a couple drywall patches, a new countertop, sink and faucet, and new vinyl flooring gave this bathroom a fresh look before the homeowners’ put their house on the market.

Shower added to powder room

Some said it couldn’t be done…but I was able to fit a shower into what had been a powder/laundry room. The in-wall toilet and small sink freed up enough space for the shower, with enough room leftover for a built-in cabinet.
